1. Why am I getting this bill?

   The Fire Departments bills the at fault party of an incident they responded to. The city has passed an ordinance or resolution to bill for fire departments responses.

2. Why is this bill not covered under medical?

   EF Recovery bills for all labor and engines that did not transport you to the hospital. With no transport there is no medical codes to give to the medical insurance for them to pay. Medical will not cover a non-transport engines or labor.

3. What if I have insurance?

   EF Recovery can bill your auto insurance and is typically covered. Please give us a call!
